Helping someone feel less alone and more capable matters deeply to me. By building trust, listening without judgment, and genuinely connecting with people when they need it most, I’m able to offer compassion, connection, and hope. That human connection — helping someone feel truly understood — is what makes this work so meaningful. Supporting people to feel empowered and giving them tools to navigate their distress is not just part of my job, it’s something I’m truly passionate about."
